The Bedford County Parks and Recreation Department, along with our local partners, will be offering various recreational and life enhancing adult programs for Bedford County residents.

A diverse selection of educational classes will be offered and are designed to improve each resident's quality of life.

Tai Chi

Where: Falling Creek Complex (Chapel Room) 1257 County Farm Rd. Bedford

When: Tuesdays 6:45 p.m. - 8:00 p.m..

Cost: $40.00 monthly

Experience meditation in motion. Tai Chi is every Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at the Falling Creek Complex (Chapel Room). Fee is $40.00 per person per month.
